He is the main antagonist of the recent sequel of Die Hard – Die Hard 4.0, “Live Free or Die Hard”.

As an antagonist and terrorist it is ‘logical’ that at first he posed a threat then ppl fight back (esp. the hero) then in the end he died or get arrested. But a point to note is the reason for his doing.

At first he is working for the government. And as an expert in his field, he ‘warned’ the government that US’ security system is flawed and ‘wide-open’ for others (remember, this is based on the movie, I dunno how the real thing is at the moment XD). He showed this by hacking into the security system only by his laptop (again this is only in the movie :p). The government, either because they see this guy as a threat (if he decided to announce the holes to public) or merely because they are prideful and don’t want to acknowledge their flaw (or this guy’s skills), decided to ‘crucifix’ this guy, destroying all his reputation.

As a revenge, he decided to launch the terrorism that we can see in the movie.

The moral of the story is, sometimes we judge people to be bad without really understanding the whole situation. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t say this guy is bad – He is bad, in the sense that he decided to ‘respond’ to how people treated him in the past by doing bad things – instead of forgiving them or whatsoever blah blah. But maybe the final doing itself is a result of a chain reaction, which we ourselves have our part in it.

So let’s just do good things, treat people well and wisely, live with all the good values and make the world a happier place to live in =D (ga nyambung terakhirnya =p)
